By creating an account or using Frenxion, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Frenxion is a social app that helps you plan real moments with your friends. We offer free and premium (Frenxion+) plans with different features.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use your real identity on Frenxion. You agree not to harass, intimidate, or harm other users. Any abusive behavior may result in the suspension or deletion of your account.

Premium Subscription

Frenxion+ subscriptions are processed via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, unless required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

Frenxion is provided as is, without any warranty. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
