We collect the following information when you use Frenxion: your first and last name, your email address, your phone number (optional), and your friendship activity within the app (circles, vibes, connections, rituals).

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the Frenxion service. We do not display ads, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your data as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

Legal Compliance

Frenxion complies with Quebec's Law 25 (Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information) and the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Data Hosting

Your data is hosted on servers located in the United States, via Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database). Both providers comply with industry security standards.
